Teen Dance Ticket Information

• Ticket Price: Includes: Food, DJ, Photo Booth, and Party Favor (for the teens)

• Age Requirement: Teens must be at least 13 years old to attend this event. No one over the age of 19 will be admitted to the event.

• Ticket Price: Jack and Jill Teen/Teen Guest is $40.

• Guests: Each Jack and Jill Teen may invite up to 3 teens (guests do not have to be a memeber of Jack and Jill)

• Parent Ticket: Price is $25 pp.

• Attire: Classy Chic - Girls - Red dresses, pant suits, or a skirt or blouse. Boys - Should wear a jacket and slacks with red, white, silver accents (no athletic wear please). Please review the Jack and Jill of America, Inc.dress code for events.
  

No shorts-short, halter tops, cut-off jeans, midriff shirts, see through clothing, micro miniskirts/dresses, "do-rags" will be allowed at this event.

Please note, if you do not adhere to the dress code requirements, you will not be allowed entry into the event. In addition, refunds will not be issued if you are denied access.

• Each participant must register via Eventbrite for this event.
  

• An Eventbrite ticket and a signed Medical Authorization and General Release Form are required to gain entrance. Link for the form is included below.
